PA Lyme Leadership

PA Lyme is a network of dedicated volunteers!

They lead support groups. Serve as DARE facilitators. Coordinate patient & medical conferences. Create DARE educational materials. Run our digital platforms. Plan fundraising events. And so much more.

Regional Support Group Leaders

As the #1 state for new tick-borne infections year after year, our support groups (in-person and some virtual) provide vital help to patients, families and caregivers across the state. If you’ve not yet joined a group, we encourage you to attend one near you.

*DARE - the regional support group leader is also a certified DARE Facilitator.

Referral Coordinator

Jackie Confalone is our state-wide Referral Coordinator, helping patients find a Lyme literate medical doctor. She answers anywhere from 40-90+ referral requests in any given month … we appreciate her so much!
